The way I now see horses has changed so much. I have learned how loving and trusting they can be.
One of my highlights was midway through when we were asked to write down anything that was coming to our minds. I found as I was doing my writing both horses came right up to me and were brushing their heads against mine.
I really enjoyed this experience and recommend it to anyone who wants to see horses in a different way.

The session was a gorgeous and joyful way of practising mindfulness in action – and of learning more about respectful leadership. I would recommend this experience for anyone interested in learning more about presence, leadership, communication – and how to be around animals. And of course about natural horsemanship.
