The session was a gorgeous and joyful way of practising mindfulness in action – and of learning more about respectful leadership. It was really fun and I felt safe doing it

I enjoyed riding and leading the horses around the paddock because it was really fun and I felt safe doing it. The horses are really kind and beautiful, I also liked braiding their hair and combing them. It was a really fun experience.

The way I now see horses has changed so much. I have learned how loving and trusting they can be.
One of my highlights was midway through when we were asked to write down anything that was coming to our minds. I found as I was doing my writing both horses came right up to me and were brushing their heads against mine.
I really enjoyed this experience and recommend it to anyone who wants to see horses in a different way.
